George O’Leary is beginning his eighth season as the head coach of the UFC Knights. He led the team to win the 2010 USA Conference title. The team went on to defeat Georgia in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl. UCF finished the season ranked 20th in the coaches poll.
Tom Skladany was promoted from linebackers coach to defensive coordinator. He replaced Dave Huxtable.
Charlie Taaffe is entering his third season as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach. Under the guidance of Taaffe the offense has improved immensely. Taaffe came to UCF from the Canadian Football League. Read more…

The NBA season is drawing near, and the 2011-2012 Orlando Magic will definitely be a team to watch this year. Dwight Howard leads the way for the Magic, as he is regarded by the general basketball fan population as the best center in the league.
