1. Log Clean and Press
for Reps
Masters and LW: 175 MW: 225,
HW: 265
Clean and press each rep. 60
second time limit. Wrist
wraps and chalk are allowed.
2. Farmers/ Yoke Medley
Masters and LW: 500 Yoke/ 200
Farmers, MW: 600 Yoke/ 250 Farmers,
HW: 700 Yoke/ 275 Farmers
50 Feet each way. 60 second
time limit. Lifter allowed
to drop once and keep going. Distance
will be measure at 2nd drop.
3. Seated Arm-over-Arm
LW and Master: Pull a 4-cylinder
car. MW and HW: SUV or
Truck
4. Max Deadlift
Rising bar. Wessels Rule. Bar
starts at 400 pounds and will
rise in 50 pound increments. Get
in when you want. Belt,
chalk and suit are allowed. No
baby powder or oil on legs. Any
friction reducing substance on
the legs or body will not be permitted.
5. Stone Over Bar for
Reps
Stone weights TBD. Chalk,
belt, tacky and suit are allowed. 60
second time limit.
